Asked to turn down music.
Rolled eyes, said it was 'not that loud' told him if you could hear it behind a closed door it was too loud. Swore he could not. Sarcasticly I told him he was deft.
Could hear outside his closed door. Outside flat. Could not use Living room because music was so loud.
Asked Manager about noise polices.
